My Thoughts

When i was younger, i have always heard adults saying, "zhuo ren zhen nan" translated, means being a human being is tough. Many times, i have asked myself if thats true and why is it so and if so is there anyway to make life simpler when i was younger. And now that i am alittle older, just 2 years more to an adult, still pondering about it, but gradually, i am coming close to understanding why adults always say "zhuo ren zhen nan".

Being human is difficult, i think, is because, we have to go through dilemas from the time we can start to think till the day we go six feet under. Its always dilemas after dilemas. When we are young these dilemas aint tough because we make our decision based on our own hearts. Even if the decision is made wrongly, nobody would blame us because we are still young.
However, as we grow older, things starts to change. Decision made cannot be just based on Heart, feelings, etc. We have to do some thinking too, lest making the wrong decision will bring a certain consequence. I am sure Guys and gers reading this now will have experience relationships?? Its one part of our life where we will experience many dilemas.
One simple example. I was told on sunday morning, to go to sch on monday for project meeting on monday. Soon after that my girlfriend call me to ask me out also on monday. At this point, I was in a dilema aint i? On one side, i have a responsibility to my group to complete my part for the project, on the other i have to go out with my girlfriend, else she will get angry and will start a chain of gloomy days, where i wouldnt even want to think of. One may say, simple, go for project meeting then after the meeting, to your ger. It would be a great idea if, your ger is one that can go home like 12 am?? For mine, she has curfew even though she is like 18?? In the past a ger of 18 yrs old would have been married, or better still a mother of a cute little sweet pie?? She has to be back home by 6pm, and i end at 5pm. So wat should i do? I think and think and finally chose to go for the project. And well true enough i am suffering the 3rd day of gloom.. =(

Dilemas are just like the food we eat, its part of our everyday life. Another very good example is, in the office at work. Imaging yourself as a manager, in charge of Human Resourse Department. Imaging a case where there is this worker who has a bad attitude to work, lousy performance, lazy, you name it he has it, and the only right thing to do is to fire him right?? But after you heard that he is te sole breadwinner, who brings home the bread and butter of his family of 6, where the oldest of his 3 children is only 6 yrs old, and has to take care of his sickly old mother, would you still bear to fire that worker? In such cases, a person is in a dilema again. wat shud the HR Manager do? Fire or Not to Fire. On one hand, Firing the worker would mean new, who noes better worker?? On the other firing him will cause him to lose his income, not only that, his children have no food, and worse, his oldest child will have to stop sch and maybe start collecting cardboxes to earn a living for his family? And his poor sickly mother, will have no money for medicine and may die because of no medicine, wouldnt that make the manager a murderer indirectly. In such cases, it all depends on the manager. If he is a passionate man or woman. He will not fire the guy.

Hence, Dilemas only exist because human has a 6th sense called feelings. Many a times, we humans are emotional or passionate, thats is why we do experience dilemas. If we are feelingless creature, then dilemas will not exist at all, because we will not need to feel for others and decision can be made with ease.

Again i will like to comment that this is just my thoughts. True or untrue, use ur discretion. =)

My Thoughts

Today on My Thoughts,

B4 i start, i have to make it clear that wat i am about to say may affect some ppl, mainly gers. However, wat i am about to discuss is not becuz i am bias against our female counterparts, or becuz i am juz a big assed MCP, in fact i do have a gf myself and i love her alot.. =)
With this i shall start.

Sometimes, i juz wonder, juz how many types of females are there in the world we live... i guess its quite common to hear "ahem ladies first".. to me thats fine since its only gentlemanly to allow a lady to pass thru, for example, a door first... but wats contridicting is at times u wil hear a different phrase "ahem both guys and gers are equal". The point i am trying to put across is, wat are these females thinking actually? Then there are times where u will hear phrases like "Your Money is my money and my money is my money". Wat i think is since thats the case then why woman shud work in the society? might as well juz stay at home and take care of the home well-being doing the house stuff while guys go out and rough it out... with others to bring the bread and butter home every month?? that way the guys money will be the females money wont it?? Since i give her the monthly pay to buy stuff for the family... like groceries and any needs??

Then its the "guy and ger are equal" thingy. If guys and gers are equal then why shud us guys money be the gers and theirs is for them to keep?? If u think this case as a mathematical equation, if X = Y then for this equation to work out.. Y must be = x. that way guy and gers are equal..
Therefore shudnt our money be the gers money and the gers money is ours??
that way X = Y and Y = X and the equation is balanced, wouldnt it be nice?
And if, guys and gers are equal, then why arent the gers going into the army and recieving the grueling but benefiting trainings that us guys will have to go thru??
If guys and gers are equal, then why shud guys allow ladies to move thru, for example, a door first?

After saying this however, all i am trying to do is to share my thoughts and feelings, using the blog as a tool, or rather a listener, no bad intentions involved. In fact, giving way helping a lady pull her chair is part of me.. i do that for my gf but not everytime... and i do noe that guys and gers have equal potential in terms of abilities.. be it physical or mental or watsoever.. well i have a female fren whose ability to run long distance dose not lose out to me or any other guy frens she has..

I once heard a person saying this
---> Woman = Time spent
---> using business equation, Time = Money
---> using english proverb, Money = Root of All Evil
---> By equating with mathematical formula of X = Y = Z, Woman = Root of all Evil

haha and i say if woman is the root of all evil, then wat are we guys who came out of our mother's womb?? the Evil Trees??

Finally, if anyone do feel uncomfortable reading this, then i apologize from the bottom of my heart. Comments are welcomed, as i said this a discussion... =)
